The deal is understood to have completed last week.

The 97,720 sq ft property comprises two co-joined buildings.
The building has a WAULT of five years and a passing rent of around £30 per sq ft.
The open-ended UK Property PAIF is currently suspended from trading at present alongside the majority of its daily traded peers on advice from the valuation industry about material valuations uncertainty during the coronavirus pandemic.
