Kimmre has recruited Cushman & Wakefield’s Rory Turner as an Associate Partner to grow its hotel, leisure and alternative advisory team, as well as bringing in a further three staff members.
Turner was previously in the capital markets team at C&W and focuses on investment consultancy and brokerage across all commercial subsectors in the UK.
Kimmre said Turner’s skill set encompasses a "broad range of faculties across the commercial property spectrum including investment brokerage, development funding, lease negotiation and sale & leaseback transactions".
Mike Burden, co-founding Partner of Kimmre, said: “Rory will be an excellent addition to business and fits perfectly with Kimmre’s growth plans. We are excited for Rory to help further Kimmre’s growth in the Hotel, Leisure and Alternative sectors.”
Kimmre has also recruited Suzie Giangolini as office manager and executive assistant, having previously been a Senior Executive Assistant at Cushman & Wakefield assisting the Global Head of Retail for 19 years.
Kimmre has also recruited two graduate surveyors. Charlie Moulton and Theo Quarendon have joined the Kimmre team as Graduate Surveyors, having studied Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes.
The Kimmre team now stands at 10 strong and the agent said is able to offer "best in class advice across Business Space, Hotel & Leisure and the Alternative asset classes".
