CBRE head joins well-known trio at new agency

Matthew McGrail, former head of industrial investment at CBRE, has joined a trio of well-known agents, including two former salaried partners from Cushman & Wakefield, to launch a new investment consultancy.

Richard Peace and Mike Burden - formerly the heads of industrial investment and alternative investment respectively at Cushman & Wakefield - have joined forces with McGrail, and Peter Winfield of TRW Real Estate to found Kimmre.

McGrail is currently on gardening leave from CBRE.

Before forming TRW, Winfield was head of industrial investment at JLL and co-head of business space investment at Cushman & Wakefield.

Kimmre is a business space focused real estate consultancy specialising in all aspects of the investment life cycle including: site acquisition; development funding; asset management; investment acquisition; and disposal.

Kimmre is the trading name for Kimmeridge Real Estate Limited and is based at No 5. South Molton Street.
